Delivery Policy

1.Overview

This Delivery & Installation Policy outlines how e-Mesh Projects manages the transport, delivery, and installation of signage, LED screens, CCTV systems, and printed materials.
Our goal is to ensure clear communication and smooth completion of each project.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver and install in the following areas:

  • Greater Tshwane (Pretoria North, Soshanguve, Mabopane, Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria CBD, etc.)
  • Gauteng Province
  • Other provinces upon special request (additional costs apply)

Delivery outside the standard service area will be quoted separately.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on:

  • Distance from our workshop
  • Size and weight of the signage or equipment
  • Whether installation is required
  • Number of technicians needed
  • Special equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifting equipment)

Quotes will clearly show delivery and installation charges unless the client chooses to collect.

4. Production Lead Times

Delivery time begins after:

  1. Deposit has been paid
  2. Final artwork/design has been approved
  3. Materials are available in stock

Lead times vary by product type:

  • Printed materials: 1–3 working days
  • Chromadek signage: 3–7 working days
  • Light boxes / 3D lettering: 5–10 working days
  • CCTV system installation: 1–3 days (once equipment is available)
  • LED screens: 1–4 weeks depending on size and configuration

These timelines may be affected by supplier stock, weather, or technical requirements.

5. Installation Requirements

For installation to proceed safely, the client must ensure:

  • Clear and unobstructed access to the site
  • Permission from the landlord, mall, or property owner
  • Availability of electricity (if needed)
  • Safe working environment (no hazards)
  • That the mounting surface is suitable (e.g., walls strong enough for signage)

If installers cannot proceed due to site issues, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Delivery/Installation Delays

e-Mesh Projects is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Load shedding or power failures
  • Supplier material shortages
  • Weather conditions (wind, rain, storms)
  • Client not providing access or approvals in time
  • Design approval delays
  • Unforeseen technical issues

We always communicate delays promptly.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery attempt is considered failed if:

  • No one is available to receive the goods
  • Site access is denied
  • The client provided an incorrect address
  • Installation cannot proceed due to client-related issues

In such cases, additional delivery or call-out fees may apply.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are required to:

  • Inspect delivered goods immediately
  • Report any visible defects within 24 hours
  • Sign the job card confirming receipt and installation

Failure to report defects within 24 hours means the goods are accepted as delivered in good condition.

9. Collection Option

Clients may collect items from our workshop by appointment only.
Once the goods leave our premises, e-Mesh Projects is not responsible for damage caused during transport handled by the client.

10. Ownership of Delivered Goods

All goods remain the property of e-Mesh Projects until the invoice is paid in full.
