Terms and conditions

 1.Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 7-14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice due to material cost increase or supplier changes.
• Quotations exclude any additional work not specifically listed (e.g electrical work, structural reinforcements, transport beyond specified areas)

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project starts.
• Remaining balance is due upon completion, before installation or before handing over any final artwork/files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment must reflect in the e-Mesh Signage and Projects bank account before delivery or installation.
• Late payments may result in project delays.

3. Production Lead Times

• Lead times vary based on project type, materials, and supplier availability.
• Delays caused by load shedding, supplier shortages, shipping delays, or client approval are not the responsibility of e-Mesh Projects.
• Production begins only after artwork approval and deposit payment.

4. Artwork, Approval & Revisions

• Clients must verify all spellings, dates, numbers, images, and design elements before final approval.
• Once artwork is approved
  • No changes can be made
  • e-Mesh Projects is not responsible for client errors
• Standard design packages include limited revisions (usually 2-3).

5. Ownership of Materials

• All deigns, artwork, templates, and digital files remain the property of e-Mesh Projects until full payment is received.
• Source files (AI,PSD, vector files) are not provide unless purchased separately.
• Installed signage remains property of e-Mesh Projects until the invoice is settled in full.

6. Installation Terms

• The client must ensure safe and clear access to the installation site.
• The quotation does not include the following unless stated:
  • Scaffolding or lifting equipment
  • Electrical connections
  • Structural support or civil work
• Any additional work required will be billed separately

7. Warranty

Warranties apply as follows

Signage & Fabrication

• 3-month workmanship warranty
• Does not cover:
  • Water damage
  • Storm/wind damage
  • Vandalism
  • Incorrect mounting surface provided by the client
  • Fading due extreme sunlight (normal wear)

CCTV Systems

• Supplier warranties (6-12 months depending on product) apply.
• Warranty void if equipment is tampered with, exposed to water, or damaged by power surges/load shedding.

LED Screens 

• Manufacturer warranty applies.
• e-Mesh Projects does not cover damage caused by incorrect usage, moisture, power issues, or environmental factors.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
• Faulty item (CCTV, electronics) will be repaired or replaced if reported within the warranty period.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable

9.Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Providing correct information for manufacturing
• Securing installation permission from landlords or municipalities where required
• Ensuring the site is safe and accessible
• Protecting installed signage from vandalism or environmental damage

10. Liability

e-Mesh Projects will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by delays outside our control
• Damage caused by client, third parties, weather, or power failures
• Loss of business or revenues due to signage or equipment downtime

11. Cancellation Policy

• If the project is cancelled after deposit payment the deposit is forfeited.
• Any materials bought specifically for the project will be invoiced .
• If the production has already started, the full quoted amount may be charged.

12. Acceptance of Terms 

By paying deposit or placing an order with e-Mesh Projects, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
